Steve Bruner looks like a perfectly normal guy—until he opens his mouth. He’s delivered his laser-sharp humor on Comedy Club Network (Showtime), An Evening at the Improv (A&E), Into the Night (ABC), and The Byron Allen Show (NBC), to name a few.
CLUBS He’s played clubs across the country, including The Comedy Store, The Improv, The Comedy & Magic Club, The Laugh Factory, The Punchline, Catch a Rising Star, and The Ice House. His DVD, “Steve Bruner’s Tit for Tat,” was filmed live at Go Bananas in Cincinnati.
CRUISES Steve is also one of the funniest guys on the high seas. For more than a decade, he’s been entertaining passengers from around the world on all the major cruise lines including Norwegian, Princess, Celebrity, and Royal Caribbean.
WRITING Steve has written material for The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,The Byron Allen Show, The Sunday Comics, and Comic Strip Live. He also served as a writer/segment producer for Haywire, a sketch comedy show on Fox.
TV His comedic timing made him the star of a series of classic commercials for Cerritos Auto Square, the world’s largest car dealer.
He was featured in season four of the cable series Heartbreak Cafe and played the campaign manager in MTV’s zany commercials for presidential “candidates” David Crosby and Graham Nash. He’s also performed in public service announcements for Children’s Charities.
MOVIES Steve’s been in so many indie productions, he’s considering holding a half-day film festival!
His acting credits include the award-winning comedy short God Bless America, episode three of the horror anthology Dark Seeds, and the feature Banana Moon. Steve has also performed in numerous theatre productions.
